how to install themes on windowsblinds:


1. open application windowsblinds
2. click "add visual style" and click on "i want to install the skin from a file on my computer"

3. select windowsblinds theme file and click open
4. click again on the skin that has been installed on windowsblinds and click "apply my changes"
